Celebrating the lively and enduring culture of the Martu – the traditional owners of a vast area of WA’s Western Desert, this critically acclaimed and nationally touring exhibition features the work of more than thirty artists, including stunning paintings, cutting-edge new media collaborations, video installation, finely wrought cultural objects and aerial desert photography and portraiture.

Featuring floor talks by the Martu artists and rangers, facilitated by the exhibition curators, and a free basket weaving demonstration by the Martu women – come and join in!
